We offer free local pick up at Bienvenu Flooring & Design located at 4853 MS-589 Sumrall, MS 39482. There is a drop box located outside so pickup at your convenience.
We also ship to all 48 contiguous states for a flat rate fee.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our turn time on orders is typically 10 -14 business days, although during our busy season it may take up to 20 business days to process and ship your order. If you need you order expedited, please contact mssweetpeadesigns@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request. Additional charge may apply.
Returns
My item is defective, what do I do?
Please inspect orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If you have received a defective item, contact us at mssweetpeadesigns@gmail.com within 3 business days. We will be glad to exchange the item or offer a full refund.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer a refund or exchange if you order the wrong size/color/design. We provide sizing charts for you on our website to review before you place your order. We go to great lengths to ensure you receive a quality product and your order is correct, but we do occasionally make mistakes. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to make it right.
General
Care Instructions for Tees:
1. Wash in cold water with like colors.
2. Turn inside out when washing.
3. No bleach or fabric softener
4. Tumble dry on low or hang up to dry
Preferred Brands:
We offer a variety of brands. You can choose from Gildan, Bella Canvas, LAT, C2 or Comfort Color. We try to offer as many brands, styles and colors per design as possible. If you don't see what you want, just email us at mssweetpeadesigns@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
DTF and Screen Print Transfers:
We use digital to film transfers and screen print transfers for our tees. We also offer embroidery.
