What is your processing time?
Our turn time on orders is typically 10 business days, although during our busy season it may take up to 15 business days to process and ship your order. If you need you order expedited, please contact mssweetpeadesigns@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request. Additional charge may apply.
How do I care for my tee?
1. Wash in cold water with like colors.
2. Turn inside out when washing.
3. No bleach or fabric softener
4. Tumble dry on low or hang up to dry
What brands do you use?
We offer a variety of brands. You can choose from basic (Gildan), Softstyle (Bella Canvas) or Comfort Color. We try to offer as many brands, styles and colors per design as possible. If you don't see what you want, just email us at mssweetpeadesigns@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request.

If you have any questions or changes after you have placed your order, please immediately contact us via email at mssweetpeadesigns@gmail.com. If we have not placed our tee and DTF/Screen order for the week - we will be happy to accommodate you.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 48 contiguous states for a flat rate fee. We are located in Sumrall, MS and offer free local pick up at Bienvenu Construction located at 4853 MS-589 Sumrall, MS 39482. There is a drop box located outside so pickup at your convenience.

How do I track my order?
Local Pickup: You will receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping: You will receive an email with the tracking number when it has shipped.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer a refund if you order the wrong size. We provide sizing charts for you on our website to review before you place your order. We go to great lengths to ensure you receive a quality product and your order is correct, but we do occasionally make mistakes. Please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to make it right.
